Bo Farrar, Supervisee in Social Work

Supervised by Tina Motley, LCSW

Bo Farrar is a dedicated clinician with a passion for helping those struggling with addiction and other difficulties. Bo is in long term recovery, and his personal experience with alcoholism inspired him to devote his life and career to help others facing the same difficulties. Bo has extensive knowledge of the 12 Steps and their daily application and understands that true healing comes through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Prior to becoming a Clinical Social Worker, Bo was a Special Education Teacher who taught high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities and coached football. Bo is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and has earned a Master of Social Work from VCU, and a M.Ed. in Special Education from George Mason University.

In his free time, Bo enjoys CrossFit, running, watching college football, and spending time with his family, including his dog, Curtis.
