My background, training and experience has given me the tools to see situations from a very strategic lens and I am passionate about helping people shift mindsets and shed paradigms that may be holding them back from getting what they want out of life. I have found that major life
transitions and relationship challenges/changes, (personal or professional) while often difficult and demanding- are HUGE opportunities!

My primary role is to guide individuals on a quest of self-discovery. By asking the “right” questions, we can unlock “stuck” thinking and attain the fresh insight needed to make bold moves toward goals that are in alignment with their authentic values. This is a highly collaborative process and I love getting to know my clients in such a way that I can better
support them on this journey.

I have an extensive background in teaching and training with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University with undergraduate work in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

I have over 25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing as a sales and communication executive and team trainer and am certified with Leadership Training International. In addition, I am a Licensed/Ordained Minister, who specializes in Inner Healing and Family Ministry. With all that said, my highest calling and largest accomplishments has been as a wife and mother of 4 grown children and 3
grandchildren!
