Positions We Are Hiring For

Pre-Licensed and Licensed Therapist

The applicant must be eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia or hold an unrestricted professional license to practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in EMDR therapy and be comfortable integrating Christian principles into their practice. We offer training in EMDR and consultation in EMDR.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
• Active state license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
• Experience in EMDR therapy
• Familiarity with Christian counseling principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions
• Administer EMDR therapy to clients
• Develop treatment plans and goals for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with other therapists and team members
• Attend regular team meetings and trainings
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines
