Positions We Are Hiring For

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team and provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. The ideal candidate will have experience in EMDR therapy and be comfortable integrating Christian principles into their practice.


  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
  • Active state license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
  • Experience in EMDR therapy
  • Familiarity with Christian counseling principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions
  • Administer EMDR therapy to clients
  • Develop treatment plans and goals for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Collaborate with other therapists and team members
  • Attend regular team meetings and trainings
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines

Administrative Assistant

We are also looking for an administrative assistant to join our team and provide support to our therapists and clients. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time in the future.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with mental health terminology and practices (preferred)


  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Greet and check-in clients
  • Maintain client records and files
  • Assist therapists with administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space
