Build Your Career Where Faith and Clinical Excellence Meet

Join the Fig Tree Therapy Team

Fig Tree Therapy is seeking compassionate, skilled, licensed mental health clinicians who desire to provide excellent clinical care from a distinctly Christian worldview.

Since 2012, we have helped individuals, couples, and families pursue healing through evidence-based counseling grounded in biblical truth. Our clinicians serve clients at our Richmond and Midlothian offices and through telehealth across Virginia.

Meaningful Work. Shared Mission.

At Fig Tree Therapy, we believe clinical excellence and Christian faith are complementary. We approach mental health through a biopsychosocial-spiritual framework that recognizes the complex interaction among a person’s biology, psychology, relationships, environment, and spiritual life.

Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and relational interventions—while thoughtfully integrating Christian faith when clinically appropriate and consistent with each client’s needs and preferences.

We are looking for clinicians who value:

  • Clinical competence and continued professional growth
  • Compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care
  • Meaningful integration of Christian faith and sound clinical practice
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Collaboration, humility, and healthy communication
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Fig Tree Therapy
